bajiee Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

bajiee (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "our") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member" or "player") and bajiee.

These terms apply to all services, websites, mobile applications and any related products of bajiee. By creating an account on this platform or using its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on bajiee, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request your identification document at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• bajiee reserves the right to close any account and forfeit funds if false information is provided.
• Creating a new account is not permitted if a previous account under your name has been banned.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request documents for identity verification in cases of deposits, withdrawals or when certain limits are exceeded. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

• Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder remains responsible for any activity carried out using their account by a third party.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is not permitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bajiee is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods are supported:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

The account name provided at the time of deposit must match your registered name. Deposits from another person's payment account are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification is pending.
• bajiee reserves the right to review withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The responsibility for paying any applicable taxes and duties rests entirely with the user.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajiee offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own conditions — please read the details on the relevant promotion page.
• If bonus benefits are misused or bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• bajiee reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 VIP Program

The bajiee VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

By playing regularly and staying active on the platform, you can advance to higher VIP tiers.

6.2 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• bajiee reserves the right to void any odds or payments that were incorrectly issued due to a technical error.
• If the network connection is lost, the game result will be determined based on the data saved on the server.
• Game results are determined by a neutral random number generation process (RNG).

6.3 Live Casino and Slot Games

When playing live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) and slot games (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and other providers), the respective game provider's own rules also apply.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or illegally exploit the platform's software.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
• Playing using automated bots or artificial software.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Making deposits using stolen or another person's payment method.

Privacy and Data Protection

bajiee places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure by bajiee

bajiee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Remaining inactive for a long period (more than 12 months).

Limitation of Liability

bajiee will not be held responsible for the following:

• Interruption to gaming services due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis and bajiee's maximum liability will be limited in all cases.

Changes to Terms

bajiee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the website.
